2. Scope of Services & Milestone Approvals
Each project engagement is initiated following an agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or quotation proposal outlining deliverables, timeline sprints, and technology choices. Work proceeds in defined milestones. Upon completion of each milestone demo, the client has 5 business days to review and provide consolidated feedback.
3. Student Academic Project Terms
Yugam Technologies provides technical mentoring, source code architectures, documentation support, and viva coaching for educational purposes. We encourage students to study the provided source code thoroughly during our 1-on-1 explanation sessions. The student remains responsible for adhering to their institution's specific academic guidelines and defense presentations.
4. Code Ownership & Intellectual Property Transfer
Upon receipt of final milestone payment, 100% full ownership of custom code, custom designs, and database assets created specifically for the project is transferred to the client. Pre-existing open-source libraries (e.g. Next.js, React, Tailwind) remain governed by their respective MIT/Apache licenses.
5. 30-Day Post-Launch Warranty
We provide a complimentary 30-calendar-day warranty period following live deployment to address any reproducible bugs, broken links, or regressions within the agreed scope. Changes exceeding the initial project scope can be engaged through our standard hourly or retainer support plans.
