Academic Project Mentor (AI & Full-Stack)

Role Summary

Passionate about teaching and engineering? Guide engineering students through their final year capstone projects, IEEE implementations, and viva preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide B.Tech, BE, and MCA students through thesis design, architecture, and coding
• Explain complex code logic, algorithms, and database queries in simple, approachable terms
• Review student documentation, IEEE base papers, and PPT presentations
• Conduct mock viva voice sessions to boost students' exam confidence
• Assist with local development environment setup via remote screen sharing

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Python (ML/DL libraries) or MERN / Java stack
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
• Patience and empathy when mentoring beginner and intermediate students
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology
